Registration procedure

The registration procedure consists of three steps, which are (in chronological order):

1. Register at the website and enter your data - as detailed in the drop-down menu "registration" above. In case you plan to give a talk, submit an abstract - as detailed in the drop-down menu "submit abstract" above. Abstracts have to be submitted as a LaTeX-file using this template.
   
   
2. Wait for the approval of the talk - you will be informed via e-mail.
   
   
3. Once your abstract is approved, please pay the conference fee via bank transfer by following the payment instructions below. Alternatively, you can pay cash (only cash, no cards) on arrival. Invited plenary speakers are exempt from paying the fee.

Conference fee: The conference fee is 350 Euro, it includes conference materials, coffee breaks, and conference dinner. Accompanying persons' fee: 60 Euro, includes the conference dinner.

Payment instructions
