"Wirtinger flow type algorithms for low-dose phase retrieval"Römer, PatriciaThe problem of phase retrieval has many applications in the field of optical imaging. Motivated by imaging experiments with biological specimens, we primarily consider the setting of low-dose illumination where Poisson noise plays the dominant role. In this contribution, we discuss a class of algorithms, so-called Wirtinger flow algorithms, for different loss functions adapted to the low-dose regime. We study the convergence of Wirtinger flow type algorithms to stationary points and investigate suitable regularizations and approximations of the problem. |
