GENERAL

Online Preregistration (without payment)

All participants are encouraged to preregister in advance via the "registration" tab. The online preregistration asks you to submit your name, affiliation, email, participation (talk, poster, both, or none), and travel dates. Please NOTE that no payments are made at this step. After submitting your details, you will receive your personal code which is a 7-letter combination of numbers and alphabets (the code will be also sent to your email).

Registration (with payment)

The registration fee will be € 200 (200 EUR) for participants.

Registration fee should be paid by July 19th in one of the following two forms:

Contributed Talks

If you would like to still submit a talk or poster, please contact the organizers. .


Each submission must contain:
  • A short abstract of at most 200 words. Please use the "Abstract"-field in the submission form for this.
  • A 1-2 page paper in pdf format with the possibility to include references and figures on a second page. Please use this Latex Template and use the upload function in the submission form.
The submitted abstract and 1-2 page paper of accepted talks will be published on the ICCHA 2022 webpage (without DOI number).

After the event, the contributors will be invited to submit a full-length paper to a special issue in ACHA (Applied and Computational Harmonic Analysis). The submitted full-length papers will go through a standard peer review process, and the accepted ones will be published in ACHA (with DOI number).

Financial Support

There is no financial support planned at this point. If we manage to find some sources for financial support, we will send out announcements and also post the details on this website, so please do not make any inquiries on this.

In case that you would like to visit the Oktoberfest which opens on Saturday, September 18, be advised to either book a longer stay in Ingolstadt (Munich Main Station is reachable from Ingolstadt in 40 Minutes, the Oktoberfest is a 10 Minute walk from the Munich Main Station) or look for rooms in Munich early (approximately double the price of the rooms in Ingolstadt.)
