Registration Fee
The registration fee will be 140 euros (80 euros for students). Please note the fee includes the conference dinner at Bifeb, Monday 20th June.

Grant Application
The Strobl conference is organized by ourselves as researchers, on our own risk and is financed via the registration fees. Please understand that the Strobl 22 organization does not provide any grants.
This year however, the Acoustics Research Institute (ARI) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) establishes a grant for the Strobl 22 conference to cover the registration fee of up to three participants.
If you are a young researcher and are interested, please send us an application, including the title, abstract, a related preprint and a short explanatory statement. Please submit your application before March 30, 2022 to geraldine.ramphal(at)oeaw.ac.at
Talks / Posters
If you wish to give a poster presentation, please specify a title and an abstract in Talks / Posters
Please note that you have to be registered before you can submit your abstract!
Length of general talks: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions
Poster format: ideally is A0 upright.Accommodation
It is planned, that all participants will be accommodated at the conference center "BIFEB" (Bundesinstitut fuer Erwachsenenbildung). There are single rooms and double rooms. (We would appreciate information about room sharing).

The room assignment can only be done after we have received the registration fee. Room allocation is done on a first come, first serve basis. There is also alternative accommodation available in Strobl. Note that there is no contact with other hotels, so please be aware of related scam.
The BIFEB´s reception opening hours on 19th June: 3pm - 6pmThe keys will be deposited if you arrive later than 6pm.
Lunch and Dinner at BIFEB
Lunch and dinner are served during the conference. Important note for participants not accommodated at BIFEB : please register your meals with the BIFEB reception desk no later than Monday 20 June before 9am.
Bus Transfer from Vienna to Strobl
A bus will be chartered from Vienna to Strobl and from Strobl to Vienna. If you would like to use this service, please tell us when registering. For departure times please visit our (Travel page).
Public Transport from Salzburg to Strobl
There is a public transport bus that runs from Salzburg to Strobl (150 bus).
